Easter Cake

As promised, here is a pic of the finished project!

Okay...we got bored this afternoon sooooo - we made an Easter cake!!! Nicholas loved-loved-loved it and was suprisingly very unmessy!

He really liked this part. I know it's probably not a good idea to let him eat raw eggs, but he had to taste what he had created...just a teeny bit!

This video is hilarious! He had such a good time mixing it. I don't think you'll see it in this clip, but he became quite frustrated everytime I tried to "help" him. I was just glad the mixer stayed in the bowl!

I just realized I didn't upload a pic of the finished project...it was a beautiful and yummy mixture of cake and icing...I'll post it tomorrow.
